  4. Subcommands:  (filename) Name of the file that you wish to edit the

  7. Description:  Allows you to edit the description of a file that you have
  8.           uploaded.  After entering a valid filename, you will have
  9.           5 lines to enter a file description.  This option can be
  10.           used if you accidentally mistype a description, or if you
  11.           entered incorrect data.
